1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AccoTax Accounting services and website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
AccoTax Accounting provides bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation, payroll processing, and related financial services. The scope of services provided to each client is defined in a separate service agreement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform our services. You are responsible for the accuracy of all documents and data you provide and for making timely payments for services rendered.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for services are outlined in your service agreement. Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges. We may adjust fees with reasonable advance notice.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and financial data. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services, and only with your prior consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for outcomes based on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for services rendered through the termination date. We will provide a smooth transition of your records.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
